Obesity & Cancer

We know that being overweight really bites, but scientists now know that obesity increases the risk for a number of cancers. In a study published by the NEMJ, 900,000 American adults were followed for 16 years through questionnaires. Experts found that obesity increases risk of certain cancers such as kidney, pancreas, breast and gallbladder. If you need to lose a few pounds, don't worry...losing weight doesn't have to be awful.
