Hydration Without Water

We've always been told that we must drink at least 8 glasses of water a day. But, the Journal of the American College of Nutrition has published a study that says otherwise. Yes, water is the fluid of life, but you can get it from other sources.

What This Means: Water is one of the easiest ways to stay hydrated, but don't rule out things like juice, diet sodas or even coffee. Our Sports Medicine Guide gives more info about the mysteries of hydration.
