Fighting Childhood Obesity in California

If you've been following the California recall frenzy lately, you'll be glad to know there's still actual work going on...good work, in fact. If Gov. Gray Davis agrees, California would be the first state in the nation to bar schools from selling soda to elementary students. Dang...if he signs this bill, I may have to re-vote for the guy.
