Guide Review - 8 Minutes in the Morning

This week, I'm reviewing 2 books by Jorge Cruise, author of the '8 Minutes in the Morning' series. So, can you really lose weight in just 8 minutes a day? Good question. While Jorge Cruise provides some decent information, I have a few problems with some of his recommendations. Read more:
