Your Best Back

Having a strong back is important, since your back muscles are involved in just about everything you do each day. If you sit all day it work, it's even more important to strengthen your back muscles (along with the rest of your body) so you can avoid lower back pain. It's also a good idea to stand up now and then. Learn more about strength training for a strong, lean back.
