Do you ever hear someone give fitness advice that you know is wrong? One forum member has: "I had a conversation with a friend last night...he thought I was wasting my time at the gym by going 4-5 times a week and said that all I needed to do was run outdoors as opposed to running on the treadmill (intervals) and weight training."
