In the Forum - Toning vs. Strength

People often get confused when it comes to reps in weight training. One forum member wants to know: "I want to develop upper body strength and lower body toning. Legs are 15 reps twice, and upper body is 10 reps twice. Now that I'm increasing the weight as I get stronger, won't my lower body get too muscular?" That's a great question.
