When life gets a little crazy, what's the first thing to go? For most of us, it's exercise which is unfortunate, since taking time to move around a little can give you energy and help reduce your stress so you can get more done. We all need to find ways to motivate ourselves to get moving. Learn how to stay committed to exercise, even when life gets crazy.

I have a 3 month old. I gained about 70-80lbs. while I was pregenant and now I am in a bind. I love to eat. I need to lose about 50 or 60 lbs. I signed up at my local fitness center yesterday and have cut sodas out of my diet. I have cut back on my eating a little but more cutting back is necessary so anyway we’ll see what happens.
