Exercise for Busy People

No matter how busy you are, there IS time for exercise if you decide to make it a priority. The good news is, there are all kinds of options for squeezing in exercise. If you plan your schedule, prepare your gear beforehand and choose short, effective workouts, there's no reason you can't get a workout in on a regular basis.
