Do you ever wonder how to exercise? Like, how many times a week? For how long? What should you be doing? Today, you're going back to the basics to learn the principles of exercise. They're pretty simple once you get the hang of them!


im 14 and iim like 150 or about 160 and people and myself say im fat! im not happy with my body! what can help?

Hi just started working out I have a simple work out I do at night I run a block than 34 situps and 2 sets of 20 reps each arm with a 15 pound bar bell Problem is it’s just some stuff I threw togeather. I’m on a diet and have lost 14 pounds with a bout 30 to go any Ideas?

Well this worked for me I just wanted to help
So I’m 12 and I’m 95 pounds
I used to be 120 but I lost all extra fat by;
Lifting 50 pounds of weights (long bar)
For about 30 times each and everyday
Then i would do sit ups and crunches
40 times counting side sit-ups
Then
I would do push ups 20 some times 25
And would just stay active most of the time
Not that I wanted to but i knew it was going to show some improvement
But football and basketball are very good sports to play when trying to lose Wight . . . .
I’m a girl so for the guys I think extending the amount of time you exercise for.

All my friends say I’m skinny and dont need to loose weight. I’m 13. I am 5ft 3in. and I weight 105. My stomach is fine but my theighs are big and soo is my butt! What are easy at home workouts I can do to make my theighs and butt smaller?

hey i just turned 12 and im 115 lbs.
i wanted to know how to loose about 15 – 20 lbs. my friends and i are trying to get a thinner stomach and i want smaller thighs.
im going to start only consuming about 1,380 calories a day. im really active but the extra weight won’t fall off. i try to only eat salads at McDonald’s ect. i do swim team and i really want to get a better waist for my swimsuit. if you have any ideas i really want to know if there are any ways to loose weight fast!
