How to Exercise and Lose Weight on a Busy Schedule

I've been lucky for the past week or so because I've had plenty of time to workout while I'm waiting for my new job to start. While it drives me crazy to have time on my hands, it's nice to be able to workout whenever I want. So, what happens when my job starts? Rather than give it up, I'll just have to follow the advice of guest author Lawrence Cole who talks about How to Exercise and Lose Weight on a Busy Schedule.
