In the Forum - Are you too busy to exercise?

Do you ever skip workouts because you don't have time? If so, you'll probably relate to one forum member who says: "...when I started school again I haven't been able to do any [exercise]...I simply don't have the time." If that sounds like you, you won't get a lot of sympathy from veteran forum members who don't put much stock in the I-don't-have-time-to-workout defense. Come join the discussion and tell us what you think about that as an excuse to skip exercise.
