Are You Motivated?

This morning, I was thinking about how extra motivated everyone is right now. My clients, my husband, my family...everyone seems a little more excited about their workouts. If you're feeling it, use that excitement to really challenge yourself. One of my favorites is interval training and the best motivating tools for that are Sean O'Malley's Guided Cardio Workouts.
