In the Forum - Slowing Metabolism

If you're in your 30's or 40's, you may have noticed something happening to your body (especially if you don't exercise): a lower metabolism. One forum member says: "I used to have a really fast metabolism back during my school years...now it seems like my metabolism is getting slower and slower." Welcome to getting older! An interesting perspective about slowing metabolism as one gets older. It seems to me that while the body may naturally be slowing down we should at the same time start increasing our activity level to get our metabolism going again.

Yet at the same time I find it difficult to get into exercising as much as I think I should. That is why I have started doing my own research on how to get my metabolism revved up again.
