I feel like I'm in school again sometimes what with the books people send me to review. Luckily, there are no tests at the end. I've gotten some great books lately. Check them out:

The Thyroid Diet. This is an excellent book about Thyroid conditions, with great ideas for how to manage weight.
Lean, Long & Strong. This book has plenty of great workouts to choose from and I really like stretching between each strength move.
