What Muscle Soreness Really Means

Muscle soreness is something that happens to all of us at one time or another, especially when we do something we haven't done in awhile. The best cure for soreness is time, but there are other things you can do to speed up the healing. Our Sports Medicine Guide offers some great tips for dealing with muscle soreness and I plan on following every one after my ski trip...massage anyone?

i think that you should try getting a personal trainer. it may cost a lot but it will help a ton. you should also try seeing a nutritionist they can help you with a diet plan that will also coordinate with your lifestyle (if you eat out a lot etc..). you want to lose a lot of weight so you have to do it the healthy way.
