In the Forum - Too tired to exercise

Work, school, family, sleep...who has time for exercise? This is what one forum member struggles with, asking: "Hi. I am a 25 year old female who is a nurse. I have a very inconsistent schedule both personally and professionally...Is there any advice?" What do you think? Can everyone find time for exercise? You can if you really want it bad enough. I think you should exercise every day, if your lazy or too tired do it anyways then you’ll get use to it and by the time you know it your going to have a nice body.
