Exercise for Stress Relief

Have you ever had one of those days where everything goes wrong? You wake up late and have to rush to work. You lose your keys and, when you find them, realize you can't find your briefcase. You spill coffee on your white shirt on the way to work and, when you get there, you notice you're wearing 2 different shoes.
