Though I haven't hit menopause yet, I find myself thinking more about it as I get older and as I work with clients in various stages of menopause. Some of them are frustrated with hot flashes, weight gain and irritability while others have an easier time with it. I've noticed that physically active clients are least likely to get sidetracked by many of the symptoms of menopause...just one more reason for us women to get moving.
