Question of the Week: Changing Your Butt

Each week, I receive a variety of email questions and thought I'd share one of the most popular questions from one of my readers: "Hi, I feel my butt is too big, do you know any way to get my butt size down?" Know what the answer is? Here was my reply:

"Unfortunately, you can't perform exercises for your rear and hope to lose the fat there...spot training isn't possible. In order to lose fat from the lower body, you would need to drop overall body fat with a balance of cardio, strength training and healthy eating. Even if you do lose fat, your body decides where you lose it (our bodies store fat in a certain order)." Probably not the answer you want to hear.
