Walking and Type 2 Diabetes

If you have Type 2 Diabetes, you've probably gotten suggestions from your doctor to start an exercise program. If you want to get moving but don't know where to start, here's something that will help: walking 3 miles a day can make a huge difference to your health. A study published in 'Diabetes Care' found that sedentary people with type 2 diabetes saw an improvement in health over 2 years. (see IDEA Fit Tips & News).
