Exercise of the Week - Ball Squeeze & Lift

Adding variety to your workouts is easy with an exercise ball. By
working in an unstable environment, you challenge multiple muscle groups as you
strengthen your body. If you're ready for a challenge, try the Ball
Squeeze & Lift: Lie on right side with ball between feet, squeezing it to hold it in place. Keep hips stacked and abs tight to stabilize your body. Squeeze inner thighs and contract the waist and hip muscles to lift the ball in the air. Lower and repeat before switching sides
