It's almost August, people, and that means you have one important assignment: To cram in as much fun as you can before summer's over. The nice thing about having fun is that you can be active while you do it. Structured workouts are great, but freeing yourself from the usual routine and focusing on having fun can make exercise less of a chore. Your mission, should you choose to accept it, is to have fun. I highly recommend chasing some kids aroung the yard with a squirt gun. Or try these ideas:
