As I sat down to work after a frenzied morning of training clients, I felt my eyelids droop, my body sag and, worse, my concentration levels hit rock bottom. Low energy happens to most of us, often at certain times of the day and it can be a vicious cycle--you're tired, so you don't want to move around but, if you moved around, you wouldn't be as tired. Instead of giving in to your fatigue, try counteracting it with these simple tips for generating more energy.
