Exercise Videos

Tuesday August 23, 2005
Even if you're not crazy about working out at home, it pays to keep a few solid videos around so you always have a workout handy if you need it. The following resources will help you choose quality videos for any type of workout. Enjoy!

Cathe Friedrich's Kick Punch & Crunch. This is an excellent kickboxing video for intermediate/advanced...it has great variety and lots of options.

Top Cardio Videos. This page lists some of my all-time favorite cardio videos.

Collage Video. This is one of the best sites for finding all kinds of exercise videos.

Video Fitness. Before you buy, visit Video Fitness to read detailed reviews of hundreds of videos.

Does anyone know of a good intermediate/advanced step or low impact video that’s set to oldies rock of the 60’s & 70’s or even Big Band?

For those who love free exercise videos – I just went to http://www.workoutsondemand.com – they are running a free offer.

You get a full length exercise video download.

From the home page, click on the President Cheese logo – and use code: light4u

Go through the sign up process. You can choose between kickboxing, toning, pilates or yoga. And the workouts are awesome.

Hope you like the freebie.
