Dealing with Depression

Depression is something most of us have felt from time to time, especially during tough situations such as what we've experienced these past two weeks--hurricane Katrina and the anniversary of September 11. Add to that normal stresses like going back to school and work, starting new jobs, quitting smoking or just dealing with daily tasks and it's no wonder we feel depressed. The good news is, there's something you can do about it. Exercise, meditation and taking good care of your body are great places to start. Try these resources to keep yourself going:
