Upper Body Mixed Resistance Workout

The other day I met with a new client who met me at the door with this question: "What the heck am I supposed to do with this?" she asked, as she thrust a rubbery green thing at me. It was a resistance band and, like a lot of resistance bands out there, was dusty with disuse.

If you've been wondering how to use those multi-colored bands, you're in luck. My new Upper Body Mixed Resistance Workout for intermediate/advanced exercisers actually combines tubing/bands with dumbbells so you can add intensity to your usual exercises in new and interesting ways.
