What Do I Want Out of Exercise?

I really liked Suzanne's last two posts discussing what she wants out of exercise. I think that's something we all struggle with, especially when what we want changes. In Suzanne's case, it's interesting that what she wanted previously changed with her injuries--now her priority is to be injury free...the weight loss comes second. It's so important to change your goals to fit your circumstances, but I think a lot of us cling to old goals long past their shelf-life. What do you think?
