One of my resolutions for the new year was to create tons of new torture...er...workouts for my readers...workouts that are fun, innovative and challenging. My new Total Body Strength will definitely challenge you with a combination of moves designed to increase your strength, balance and stability. This workout is for intermediate-advanced exercisers.
