Getting Back on Track

Suzanne hasn't had the easiest week with her exercise. Fighting a migraine threw her off her game, but not for long. She's back, feeling better and, as she puts it, ready to return to her regularly scheduled (12 week) program. It's these kinds of interruptions that make it so easy to drift away from exercise...it's so great to see Suzanne isn't taking advantage of that.
