Does the Scale Lie?

Tuesday January 31, 2006
This week, Suzanne tackles a subject close to everyone's heart--results. Specifically, "I know that after two weeks, I was doing pretty well -- but the past two weeks it seems that whatever I lost, I seem to have found again, and then some. Is it hormones? Is it my nutrition?" Well, that's always the questions, isn't?

Almost every client I've worked with has come to this place and wondered--what am I doing wrong? The answer? If I knew that for every person, I'd be Queen of the World. The truth is, results happen slowly and in your body's timeframe, not yours. A month is a very short period of time and it's normal not to see huge results...for many 'losers' it takes months, even years before they really get to where they want to be. So, Suzanne, don't give up! And if those of you out there in Internet land have some advice for Suzanne, visit her Crunch Time Blog and give her a little support.
