Enjoying Exercise

In Suzanne's latest post, she talks about the lovely feeling you get when you start to feel changes happening in your body from exercise. More than what the scale says, that feeling is what it's really about about and something everyone can look forward to if they just stay with exercise for awhile.

Enjoying exercise seems like an impossible prospect...until you reach that magical moment, as Suzanne has, when everything starts to come together. You feel stronger, go longer and realize how good you feel during your workout. That's what having a strong, fit body is all about. Way to go, Suzanne...there are more good things to come!
