The Mental Side of Exercise

Suzanne waxes philosophical in her Crunch Time Blog this week, pondering the fact that, "[m]y situation reminds me of Maslow's hierarchy of needs: if certain of my needs are in order/being met, then I can concentrate better on improving my fitness." I couldn't have said it better myself.

Being consistent with exercise and healthy eating often comes down to priorities What about you? Is exercise a priority in your life or does it change day to day? How do you keep it at the top of your list?
