Stuff You Might Not Know About

Friday March 31, 2006
The way we use the Internet has changed quite a bit over the years and, if you're like me, you spend most of your time at your favorite sites and may end up missing out on new, interesting sites out there. To keep you in the loop, I've found some new websites you might not know about offering things like free workouts, exercises and even workouts you can download to your iPod. Enjoy!

Nike Women. This is pretty cool...Nike has set up a website that includes free workouts that range from cardio kickboxing to fitness dance. They even have a 'Rockstar Workout' where you can learn the dance steps to Rihanna's video. It's fun even you have two left feet.

Free Exercises at Sissel.com. Sissel is one of my favorite sites just because of their great products. But, you may not know that they have a huge database of strength training moves for every goal and piece of equipment you might have.

Podfitness.com. I haven't tried it out yet, but this website allows you to download customized workouts to your iPod that you can mix with your favorite music. They offer a free 3-day trial so you can try before you buy.
