This Week's Poll: What's Your Favorite Lower Body Exercise?

What's the biggest muscle in the body? If you said the glutes (specifically, the gluetus maximus), you're exactly right and working the glutes, as well as all the other muscles of the lower body, is crucial if you want to lose fat and/or build lean muscle.

But, not everyone is a fan of lower body strength training because, the larger the muscle, the more weight you'll need to challenge it. And, if you do it right, you know what that means...jello legs! Whether you like lower body or training or not, there's probably one exercise you like - either because it works so well or it feels good. What's your favorite? Squats using the smith machine is my favorite! doing 3 sets of 15, with any exercise I do has really helped the process of transformation for my body.
