Getting Into the Groove of Exercise

Tuesday June 20, 2006
If you've been following Suzanne's journey in her Crunch Time Blog, you've seen some ups and downs. She started out following the 12 Week Weight Loss Program and made some great progress, then hit the skids when her knee started acting up and she got off track.

Last week, Suzanne did something a lot of folks are doing this days...she signed up for online personal training. As she says in her blog, it was just the boost she needed to get back into her routine.

Online personal training isn't for everyone, but it's an option that could work for you if you want personalized workouts and accountability without having to meet face to face with a trainer. Check out these Online Training Resources to find reviews of online training sites as well as more online training resources.
