5 Ways to Add Intensity to Your Workouts

If you've been doing the same workouts for awhile, it's time to push your limits a little. It's easy to stay in the exercise comfort zone but pushing yourself has its own rewards. Not only do you discover what you're capable of, but you'll feel a sense of accomplishment when you finish a tough workout, knowing you worked as hard as you could.

While you shouldn't do killer workouts every day, adding some intensity to one or two cardio or strength training workouts can go along way towards building more strength, power and endurance.
