The Right Way to Fail at Exercise

Wednesday July 26, 2006
The problem with being an adult sometimes as that we often feel we need to be good at things on the first try. Expecting perfection makes trying new things a frustrating experience and never is that more true than with exercise.

Many of my clients get frustrated when they fail at being consistent with exercise but, what they often don't understand is that failure actually has a purpose. Curious? Check out my article, The Right Way to Fail at Exercise to find out why your failure may end up being your success.

This article helped me quite a bit. I spent years (even thru three bouts with cancer) in bodybuilding, then, about a yr ago, startled struggling with severe RA and several other health issues. Gave up the gym because of severe pain and have been miserable ever since. Your article helped me see what I already really knew, that, even though I can’t go back to heavy lifting, I should still be able to continue with a strength program. Thank you for the motivation and understanding. I’m sure you help many people with your great info.
