Vote in This Week's Poll: How do you cheat on your healthy diet during the week?
The point is, having a 'cheat day' is somewhat of a controversy. Some experts recommend a cheat day (like Bill Phillips in his Body For Life program) while others caution that a cheat day can harm your weight loss. So, who's right? That depends on what you do If you throw caution to the wind and eat everything in sight on your cheat day, you may very well be sabotaging yourself. But if you have planned indulgences - such as pizza night or dessert once a week - you may find it easier to stick with the healthier foods the rest of the week.
What about you? Do you 'cheat' on your diet sometimes? Vote in this week's poll and tell us about it.

I do not forbid an item from my diet, I can have a SMALL amount of an item to cheat, but I also have to give up, or trade / exchange something for the “cheat”. Example is an extra 10-15 minutes of cardio, no snack, etc.
I either go get two McDonalds’ dollar double cheeseburgers no fries or make a high fat high salt high cholesterol breakfast with bacon and an omelet with evil fillings to clear out my refrigerator and fill up my arteries
I am a weekend cheater. I’m out at the clubs drinking, at a family party with lots of food, or out at a restaraunt & I enjoy that. Then, during the week, I work out and eat a lot less.
It depends. If I’m really craving some junk food in the middle of the week, I’ll have a small amount. I tend to have Friday as my cheat day where I eat something I wouldn’t normally but I still watch what I’m choosing to eat. It’s usually only one meal that I cheat on but it can also be the whole day.
