Guide Review: 3-D Workout, The Basics

3-D Workout by Dianne Woodruff is an interesting exercise video that would probably appeal to non-exercisers, beginners, seniors or people who need gentle movement to rehab an injury. This isn't for everyone - the movements are slow, so you shouldn't expect a high intensity strength or cardio workout. However, this video does offer some unique exercises that are designed to improve movement, balance and flexibility.
