Get Your Body Ready for Skiing

The first time I skiied, I learned a valuable lesson: Don't believe your husband when he vows he can teach you to ski without those silly lessons. I also learned that, just because I exercise regularly, doesn't mean my body's ready for the slopes. This year, I'm going to do a little more preparation and you can too with this week's article, Get Your Body Ready for Skiing. It includes a great Ski Workout.
