If you tend to be easily bored by the same old exercise routine, like I am, you probably love to have new workouts to try. If that's the case, today is your lucky day because I've posted two new workouts targeting core strength and flexibility.

Check out these workouts and maybe you'll get new ideas for some challenging ab exercises and relaxing flexibility exercises:

Total Core Workout - This core workout is short and sweet, but it includes advanced moves using an exercise ball and a resistance band.
Total Stretch with Resistance Bands - Resistance bands and tubes aren't just for strength training, but can be great for relaxing stretches as well
