Around the 'Net

Every now and then I run across a new website that offers something different. Since it's Friday and I know you're not really working, check out some of these sites I've found that offer some unusual ideas:
- Eat Better America. This free site offers diet and exercise tips in a whole new way. The site includes suggestions for what to eat depending on your goals, offers recipes and even helps you 'healthify' your recipes. You'll have fun going through all the different areas.
- Soundflavor. This is a pretty cool concept - you download the free Soundflavor software and it works with your iTunes, offering recommendations for songs based on your music, tastes and moods. You simply play a song and the Soundflavor DJ will provide a list of songs and artists (both in your library and that you can purchase) that are simliar. This is a great way to make new playlists and fun to use.
- Exercise Radio. This is also a great concept - streaming fitness music you can use for everything from yoga to cardio workouts. It's free and, though you can't download it to your MP3 player, you can listen to it on your computer and squeeze in workouts throughout the day.
