New Review: Cathe Friedrich's Butts & Guts

If you like workout videos and you haven't tried Cathe Friedrich's videos yet, you're missing out on some great, advanced workouts. In fact, even my husband likes her strength training videos and he usually likes workout videos as much as he likes mopping the floor...not that he's ever actually mopped the floor or anything.

Ahem.

But, anyway...Cathe's recent video series offers some great workouts and one of my favorites is the Butts & Guts DVD, an advanced lower body and abdominal workout. This video focuses more on muscular endurance and does include more reps and less weight, which I normally don't like. But Cathe has a way of changing the tempo and positioning of the exercises so they don't get dull or tedious. The video also offers a variety of pre-mixed workouts as well, so you can do something different every time. For details, check out my review and find out if it's worth a try.

Very challenging! I do alot of her movements in my own butt and gutt class!
