How to Make Winter Exercise Easier

As I sit here contemplating the large drifts of snow outside my window, I'm starting to think that winter will never end and that shoveling snow will become a permanent part of my day. Okay, so I'm a tad melodramatic. But, winter is always tough on the psyche and it can be tough on the body too as we try to scrape together enough motivation to keep going with exercise.
