Is it just me or has this been a long week? After a long, hard week you might be ready to sit and do a little reading (aka: avoiding work) and I have some great articles by our Health & Fitness Guides to keep you occupied:
  • How to Learn to Love Exercise. Our new Longevity Guide, Mark Stibich, has an interesting how-to to help you ease into exercise. This is a great article if you know you need to exercise but just can't seem to get started.
  • Pilates Exercise of the Week - Leg Lower and Lifts. Pilates Guide, Marguerite Ogle, details how to do this tough Pilates exercise which targets just about every part of the abs.
  • How Fast Do I Lose Fitness?. I'm going on vacation soon and, though I know I'll be active, I won't be doing my usual workout routines. It's good to know what really happens when you stop exercising and how much time you have before it all goes down the drain. Elizabeth Quinn gives us the skinny.
  • Satisfy Your Sweet Tooth. I have to admit, I love sweets - chocolate, to be specific. Because it wouldn't be good to gorge myself everytime I crave something sweet, I use some of Jennifer's suggestion for healthy treats. My favorite on the list? M & Ms of course.
