New Fitness Videos at About.com

If you didn't know, About.com has added some great new video content that covers a variety of health and fitness topics. These videos are short and sweet and provide detailed instructions for everything from Pilates exercises to kickboxing moves. Some of my new favorites:
- Core Strengthening Exercises. This video covers the basic crunch, reverse crunches and a modified reverse crunch. The instructions offer great cues for getting the most out of these moves.
- Neck Stretches. You can do these simple neck stretches right at your desk.
- Resistance Band Exercises. This video covers lower body moves for the glutes and thighs with a resistance band.
