Attitude is Everything

Friday March 16, 2007
I confess, I've had a bad attitude this week and I didn't even realize it until I got halfway through a workout the other day and noticed how often I was looking at the clock. I was so impatient for the workout to be over that I couldn't believe how long it was taking...was time actually stopping? Needless to say, it wasn't my best workout and I realized how my attitude made the workout long, boring and, worst of all, stressful.

Stress can do that to you, making it easy to forget to live in the moment rather than a future that hasn't happened yet. I think we all need a reminder sometimes that workouts don't have to be miserable if we focus on them and follow the body's lead. If you're in the market for an attitude adjustment, check out some of these articles and quizzes by our Health & Fitness Guides to learn more about having fun and being positive:

Check out RUDY REVOLUTION (site) for your new workout drink. 90% better absorption. Xylitol rather than sugar, sea salt, BALANCED electro’s and vitamins. They have a similar childrens drink to. Both great for diabetics. Much better than the gator.
