Is it too early to talk about fall fitness gear?

I know it's still August and, for many of you poor, hot souls out there, winter can't come soon enough. In fact, I've gotten plenty of emails lately from people wondering how to exercise in miserably hot weather. Very carefully and slowly, I would suggest.

To get you in the mood for cooler weather, I've updated my top picks for fall fitness clothes and gear for both men and women. I've included some ideas for wind jackets, workout pants, fitness tops and more, all to get you ready for the new season. If you have any favorites, let us know in comments so we can update the wardrobe with the best fitness clothes out there.

if you’re doing cardio, a smoothie should suffice, if you’re lifting weights, eat breakfast.
