Around About

Friday August 31, 2007
Yawn. It's a rainy Friday here in Chicagoland and I'm thinking going back to bed sounds like a good idea. Since that's not really an option, I've decided surfing around and reading some of the great content from our Health and Fitness Guides is a great way to start off the weekend. Here's what I'm reading about:
  • Fat March Recaps. I admit, I haven't been watching 'Fat March,' but I have been reading Wendy's great recaps and find them infinitely more entertaining than actually watching the show.
  • Causes of Back Pain. I know that reading about back pain doesn't sound like a very Friday thing to do, but I know there are too many of you out there who are feeling that pain right now. Our Orthopedics Guide, Dr. Jonathan Cluett, has an excellent article about this which covers everything you ever wanted to know about back pain and what to do about it.
  • Does the War on Obesity Encourage Eating Disorders? With obesity all over the news lately, many of my readers have brought up an interesting question - does all this talk about obesity contribute to more eating disorders? Our Eating Disorders Guide, Matthew Tiemeyer, offers some interesting points in his blog.
  • Weight Loss 101. Our Weight Loss Guide has a great (and free!) e-course designed to get you started with weight loss the right way.
